- Diane forms and holds the vision of a vibrant coaching community in Tucson in late 2000 and carries that energy, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment into 2001
- Continually reaches out to coaches within Tucson and surrounding areas, inviting them to gather regularly and purposefully for connection, to explore and energize coaching locally, and to connect local coaches with the global community
- Fosters creation of the foundation and structures needed to establish Tucson coaches as an official non-profit coaching entity – Tucson Coaches Alliance (TCA).

- TCA becomes the first ICF Charter Chapter in Arizona and grows to 30 members
- The TCA website goes live providing a valuable resource for local Coaches and the community.
- TCA begins to sponsor local events to help raise awareness of the coaching profession in Tucson:
- Several local venue multi-coach presentations for International Coach Week.
- First educational funding raising event for TCA: ½ day Seminar with well-known business coach Rich Fettke, author of "Extreme Success Without Struggle" June 2002 ~100 attending.

- TCA undertakes first long term community pro-bono project with a nonprofit: Youth on Their Own, providing coaching to teens in the program and to staff; Wendy becomes a member of their Planning Committee for the Strategies for Success program.
- Establishes first TCA strong national and global presence thru co-sponsored (with Santa Fe ICF chapter) workshop featuring Julio Olalla, and thru half of membership attending 2003 Denver ICF annual conference - biggest contingent of any chapter.
- Initiates Buddy coach system for new member coaches.

- TCA undertakes first survey of membership for feedback about direction, and starts Yahoo group as a vehicle for members to share with one another
- Begins to develop a relationship with Phoenix coaches, who were re-starting their chapter after it had disbanded
- Beginning at Board Retreat, provides space/impetus for creation and momentum of TCA coach-authored book project

- TCA reinstates President Elect position
- Establishes collaboration meetings before every regular membership meeting which result in many coach projects and partnerships
- Jim provides DANCING at the holiday party (Editor’s note: Jim is also well-known and appreciated for dancing at ICF global conference parties!)

- Doubles membership and tripling attendance at the monthly meeting through increased marketing, getting high quality presenters to speak, and qualifying presentations for CCEU credit from ICF.
- Establishes a committee with the charge of reviewing and updating the chapter Bylaws, resulting in increased correlation between chapter practices and the Bylaws.
- Gives a well attended workshop titled "How to Give A Powerful Public Presentation" which brought in about $500 for TCA.

- Sponsors and organizes two community Speed Coaching events connecting dozens of coaches and clients

- TCA sees significant increase in men’s participation on both the board and the ballot: from 12.5% to 50%.
- Publishes e-book authored by TCA coaches on new store page
- Develops and implements first Arizona coach-education conference with Phoenix ICF chapter (even some Flagstaff coaches) held in Casa Grande – nationally recognized author and speaker, Tim Kelley presenting on Purpose.

- Initiates a revision, improvement and expansion of the monthly information newsletter for member coaches, enabling them to market their own events, as well as promoting TPCA events through the newsletter.
- Adopts a Committee structure, encouraging involvement of all TPCA members in planning and executing the organization’s mission and purpose in our community.
- Establishes the first TPCA Speakers' Bureau, with a defined presentation structure and outlines.
