I partner with parents and teens to know and have a positive experience of themselves. As a result of their work with me, they see themselves as leaders in their own lives, personally and professionally, which involves clarifying who they are, their top 5 values, their core strengths and personality types, preferences and how they lean. They are more appreciative of their own diversity and the diversity around them. And, they acquire new communication and relationship-building skills so essential to becoming more effective in 21st century family and organizational life. As a result of this self-discovery and personal leadership development work, they become more competent, confident, courageous and compassionate in all of their primary roles, which emboldens and enables them to optimize their relationships and their circumstances; to make better decisions well and quickly, whether they have time to be thoughtful or are in a crisis; and to walk in the world as successful, self-aware, independent and interdependent adults; as contributing members of 21st Century society.
