of their shyness all their lives?

they could walk into a room of people and immediately feel

Getting rid of shyness seems impossible to
those who admit to being shy but with effective coaching
and a clear desire to be more outgoing, people can definitely
overcome shyness no matter how crippling it has been for
them in their lives.
Do you have clients who are struggling
with the consequences of shyness but not admitting to being
shy? It's imperative
to know the telltale signs to be able to move these people
through a process that will give them a new experience whether
or not the word shy comes into the conversation or not.
It
is important to know the fears your clients feel when shyness
hits them, if there are triggers and how intense the feeling.
Once you a sense of these factors, you can help these clients
to see their circumstances in a new way and, consequently,
help them to feel more at ease regardless of any particular
situation.
At least one of four people prefers to avoid
the limelight and tends to listen more than they speak. Shy
celebrities include golf pro Tiger Woods, Microsoft CEO Bill
Gates, singer songwriter Carly Simon, who sang to audiences
of thousands despite having stage fright, actor and Governor
of California Arnold Schwarzenegger, and actor and movie
director Clint Eastwood.
